| Re: Concert by the Nyaho/Garcia Duo in the home of Brian and Carol Gregory, perfomed on a Fandrich & Sons Model 185 (6'1") grand and a Steinway Model B: "I'm writing to thank Darrell once again for taking the time to come out to fix the C# key on my Steinway. The evening was a HUGE success, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome! Kathryn Heafield was here and said I did a terrific job describing the essence of a Fandrich & Sons piano. My clients are "investors" and many of them love to hear stories about local businesses....especially those that are "Family" operated. I told them that I would buy stock in your company if I could, and that offered up a hearty chuckle from the audience just before the concert began! Nyaho and Suzie loved your piano, and were quite surprised at the price range you are asking for such a fine instrument. I'm sorry you weren't able to join us last night. I want to thank you, again, for your personal touch and interest in helping to make these evenings at my home so special! Your efforts leave a feeling of warmth and comfort.
